Hot Smoked Salmon has fast become one of Scotland's favourite fish products and our Gravadlax variation is a delicious addition to the product range. Using Hebridean farmed salmon, we add dill, peppercorns and mustard seeds to the cure mix, bringing a wonderful depth of flavour to this ready-to-eat fillet.
